Warranties

General Service Warranty

All parts unless otherwise specified will be covered under our 12 month/12,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first. Our warranty covers all parts that 815 Auto purchases, and any parts or products purchased by the customer will void all warranty on repairs. All parts are covered under warranty if they malfunction under normal driving conditions. Labor will not be covered under our general service warranty.

Brake System Warranty

Brake system parts are covered under warranty if they malfunction under normal wear conditions, and will be covered under our 12 month/12,000 mile warranty, whichever comes first. Any and all braking components that are highly recommended by us and not repaired will void all warranty on brake parts installed during your vehicle's brake service. Labor will not be covered under our general service warranty.

Battery Warranty

24 month, one time free battery replacement.

Conditions and Exclusions

• Parts installed on a vehicle that is no longer owned by the original purchaser will void the warranty on that service performed

• Off road vehicles

• Any part installed on the wrong applications

• Any part which has been abused or misused including but not limited to, parts failure due to alteration of the vehicle by any entity

• All parts purchased and brought in by the customer and not originally purchased by 815 Auto

• Warranties do not provide compensation for loss of time, loss of vehicle, inconvenience or any damages resulting in the failure of any components of the vehicle
